Amy Siegrist, IBCLC

Amy has been with Lifecycle since 2018. She has been working with lactating parents for over 15 years. She started out as a peer counselor then became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2008. Since then, she has worked in various settings, including local hospitals as well as private practice.

Amy was inspired to become a lactation consultant after getting amazing help and support nursing her own two children from Nursing Mother’s Alliance. She started as a volunteer for this organization and enjoyed it so much, she decided to get certified and become an IBCLC. She is also a TummyTime!™ Trained Professional and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage

Before having children, Amy earned a degree in elementary education and taught kindergarten for several years. She took time off to have her children and decided that teaching families with newborns was her true calling.

In addition to meeting with clients one-on-one, Amy also teaches our Infant Massage workshop.
