Midwife Your Menopause: Lifecycle's Menopause Series

Join Lifecycle midwives for Midwife Your Menopause: Lifecycle’s Menopause Series!
Four sessions of education, support, and strategies for thriving in midlife.

Menopause and the years surrounding it are a natural part of every woman’s life, yet too often this stage is confusing, isolating, or overlooked in healthcare. At Lifecycle, we believe the menopause transition deserves the same thoughtful, supportive care, time, and community as any other stage in your journey.

That’s why we’ve created Midwife Your Menopause: Lifecycle Menopause Series, a four-session group program that blends individualized clinical care with the power of shared learning and community support.

A Different Kind of Care Experience

Each series includes four 90-minute sessions facilitated by Lifecycle midwives. You’ll receive personalized attention within a small group setting, allowing your midwives to address your specific questions and care needs, while you also benefit from education and peer support.  This model provides more time with your providers than a typical one-on-one visit.

What We Cover

  • Evidence-based information about menopause and perimenopause, including hormone therapy
  • Individualized support for symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep changes, and mood shifts
  • Strategies for heart, bone, and metabolic health in midlife
  • Nutrition and movement for strength and vitality
  • Connection and conversation with others navigating the same transition

Why Group Care?

We are meant to be in conversation with one another. Research shows that sharing experiences in community not only reduces isolation but also helps people feel more confident and informed about their health choices. Modeled after the successful Centering Pregnancy approach, Lifecycle’s Menopause Series creates a safe, supportive space where education, conversation, and care come together.
