During her college years, Jaime was involved in fieldwork in the U.S., Israel, Turkey, and Northern Ireland, including volunteering in the medical offices of Planned Parenthood. Upon graduation, Jaime started her career as a Development Assistant for Soroptimist International of the Americas, a global volunteer organization that economically empowers women and girls by providing access to education.
Jaime gained experience within the Philadelphia non-profit sector through her work at The Franklin Institute as Development Communications Coordinator. After obtaining two graduate law degrees at Temple University, Jaime joined Horsham, PA-based FirstLease, Inc. where she rose through the ranks from a Contracts Manager to EVP/COO. Jaime, her husband and two children live in Warrington, PA.
“After a long and exhaustive search, we are so pleased to have Jaime join us as Executive Director,” said Julie Cristol, CNM, LWC’s Clinical Director. “She’s already immersed herself in both our past history and potential future opportunities and clearly will be a huge contributor to our organization. We can’t wait to see what the future holds with Jaime on board.”
“I am thrilled to have joined this amazing community. The work that this team does is inspiring. I come ready to listen, learn and help to support and build upon the critical mission of Lifecycle WomanCare,” Jaime said. “I am hopeful that together we can bring even more exceptional outcomes and empowerment to birthing individuals and their families. I will hold dear the spirit of this beloved organization while we seek to deliver and perpetuate the midwifery model of care in our community and beyond.”
