Introducing Lifecycle WomanCare

I am truly thrilled to welcome you to Lifecycle WomanCare: Delivering trusted health and birth Care since 1978. After 36 years of providing exceptional care as The Birth Center, some of you may ask: Why the change?  Why Lifecycle WomanCare?

To the first question – Why the change? – the answer is simply because we have seen the incredibly impactful benefit of our empowering, personalized model of care, and we believe that a name that is welcoming and inclusive of all will provide greater access to more women, throughout their lifecycles.  We want to make it easier for women of ALL ages to find and access the wonderful health benefits of our model of care – the midwifery model of care – from adolescence through menopause.

To the second question – Why Lifecycle WomanCare? – in short, this name communicates far more clearly what we have always provided throughout these 36 years – that we welcome all those seeking the highest quality of healthcare, regardless of income, regardless of age or background or stage of life, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

When your teen daughter reaches that stage where she feels awkward about going to a pediatrician, or when your college-age daughter is ready for a change, who better to recommend than a LWC Certified Nurse-Midwife or Nurse Practitioner, who will truly listen to her and help her understand what she is going through and what her healthcare options are?  Or when your aunt or mother is beginning to go through perimenopause, who better to recommend than LWC, where our providers will listen closely to gain a true understanding of what she is experiencing, and provide a range of options to relieve symptoms and care for the whole woman?
