Stef joined the Lifecycle team in 2023 as a clinical psychologist. Stef earned her BS from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctorate in clinical developmental psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She completed a pediatric neuropsychology fellowship at NIH, and both her pre- and post-doc internship in the counseling center at Swarthmore College.
Stef has practiced individual, couples, and family therapy in many settings including Philadelphia Family Court Services, as a staff psychologist at Swarthmore College, and in private practice. Stef has a particular interest in the transition to parenthood, and how our sense of shifting roles and identities impact us across the lifespan. She worked previously as a birth doula and has given birth to one of her four children here at Lifecycle.
She is committed to working with clients in a way that is strengths-based, trauma-informed and equity-centered. Outside of LWC, Stef enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Wissahickon trails, going dancing, playing board games, and generally being bossed around by her dog and three cats.
