Join Lifecycle and Team Delaware County to Raise Awareness about Perinatal Mood Disorders
Lifecycle is joining Team Delaware County for the upcoming Climb out of the Darkness event on 6/25. The event will take place at Rose Tree Park in Media from 9am – 12pm.
Climb out of the Darkness is hosted by Postpartum Stress International. This event aims to “bring communities together to shine a light on a darkness we don’t often speak about: perinatal mood disorders.”
Postpartum depression and anxiety are the most common complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Come join us at Climb Out of the Darkness to hear stories of hope and recovery and to help raise money and awareness. Visit the Team Delaware County site to register for the walk and be sure to come find the Lifecycle crew while you are there.
